Wall signs have a block item form that is normally unobtainable. This block item stacks to 64 instead of 16, and upon placement, it always places a wall sign facing south regardless of any support blocks. Signs placed using this item cannot have any text entered onto them.

Obtaining

Silk Touch

From Pocket Edition v0.12.1 alpha build 1 to v0.12.3 alpha, mining wall signs with a Silk Touch-enchanted tool causes the wall sign block item to drop.
