Java Edition:Armor Stand with Inflicted Effect

From when armor stands were added in 14w32a (a 1.8 snapshot) to 15w49a (a 1.9 snapshot) they could be inflicted with any status effects using a splash or lingering potion.[1]
With armor stands purposely not showing particle effects[2] as well as invisibility not turning them invisible,[3] and with levitation not levitating them,[4] this makes it unobservable without commands. Additionally, due to the limited duration of these effects, means an effected armor stands are only temporarily discontinued and will revert to normal once the effect(s) has expired.
