Java Edition:Invalid Tier One Trades
Due to a bug,[1] all generated villagers in these versions[test] would have random tier one trades assigned, regardless of profession or career. This same bug also allows for nitwits with trades, tradeless villager, and invalid career villagers.
Obtaining
From 16w32b through 16w33a, when a zombie villager is either infected or spawned, or when a villager is spawned from either natural generation or breeding, it is immediately assigned a profession, but it is not assigned a career within the profession. However, when the zombie villager is cured, or right after the initial profession is assigned from spawning, it is randomly assigned a profession and career before the tier one trades are generated. After the tier one trades are generated, it reverts the profession back to the originally assigned profession, however it maintains the new career. Based on this each specific career can only have certain tier one trades from matching career numbers. Below are all the possible invalid trades for each career.
Careers
Below are all possible invalid tier one trades for each career. Note that the tier one can only have trades from a corresponding career number, so only certain combinations are possible per villager, and only one different career is possible. After tier one, the rest of the trades are correct for the career.
Farmer
A farmer has a career of one, so therefore the tier one trades it can have are also from careers of one.

Cartographer
The cartographer is a bit different from the other villagers, since it requires updating an invalid career librarian with a career of two to a version where a cartographer exists (16w39a - Present). The way to distinguish a career of two from other invalid career librarians, is that it will have the below trades.
