In the first snapshot that lodestone compasses were added, you could obtain a lodestone compass that doesn't have the No LodestoneTracked Tag[1]
Obtaining
Obtaining this item is extremely easy. All you have to do is right-click a compass onto a lodestone in 20w13a, before the LodestoneTracked tag was added in 20w14a.
