Music Disc 11 got introduced with a bunch of other Discs, but wasn't initially included in a creeper killed by skeleton loot table. Later it got added to it, making it a recontinued feature.
Obtaining
B Creative
In the version 11w49a (1.1 Snapshot), pressing B would toggle the player between Survival and Creative mode. This allowed the player to access the Creative inventory where the player could then grab the Music Disc 11.
Mob Drop
Since 1.4.3, creepers killed by:
- Skeletons (with a stop in 17w47b (1.13 snapshot), due to the action causing a crash),
- Strays (16w20a (1.10 snapshot) - 16w32a (1.11 snapshot), readded in 18w43a (1.14 snapshot)),
- Bogged
could drop the Music Disc 11.
