Java Edition:Resolved No Text Written Book
A written book must have some entry, which is stored in NBT data. It can be removed leaving only an empty resolved tag as if it was written. The book will only read "* Invalid book tag *", and will not have a title or an author. Like a normal written book it can be copied receiving the same NBT data.
Obtaining
First, written book(s) must be obtained within the version range 12w17a to 1.9-pre 1. Then world needs to be updated within version range 1.13-pre3 to 1.13.2-pre1. All loaded written book(s) in inventories, storage blocks and as entities will convert to no text written books.[1] If you don't want to convert some written book(s), put them in unloaded chunks and wait until versions after 1.13.2-pre1.
