Normally Curse of Vanishing 2-3 is not obtainable in the normal game versions.
Obtaining
Obtain Riptide 2-3 in experimental mode on versions 1.2.13.8 and 1.2.13.60 and then update to 1.2.14.2, all riptide books will turn into Curse of Vanishing resulting in invalid levels of Curse of Vanishing.
