Doors are not supposed to have durability, however from 0.15.0 alpha build 1 to 0.15.10 they are able to have durability. Stacking doors onto doors with damage will result in the doors getting that damage value. This can be used to duplicate the durability doors even after 0.15.10.

Obtaining

Breaking blocks with a door from 0.15.0 alpha build 1 to 0.15.10 will result in it losing durability. The door has a total of 66 durability, and can break.
