The default damage/metadata value for pressure plates is 0. Later, they have a redstone_signal block state, with the default value also being 0. However, through various bugs/glitches, pressure plates with invalid data values can be obtained.
Obtaining
Silk Touch
From Bedrock Edition beta 1.2.13.5 through Bedrock Edition beta 1.16.210.50, pressure plates with a damage/metadata value or redstone_signal block state of 1 could be obtained by mining an activated pressure plate with a Silk Touch-enchanted tool.
