Moving block is a technical block used in pistons. They aren't supposed to be dropped as an item but from 1.1.0.3[test] to 1.2.13 it could be obtained in survival mode.
Obtaining
Cobblestone Generator
A cobblestone generator which pushes the generated cobblestone with a piston must be built. The cobblestone then should start being mined with a pickaxe. An unenchanted diamond pickaxe makes it most likely to drop it. A movingBlock will eventually drop as a item.

Trivia
- It uses one of the default placeholder textures
- Attempting to place it causes nothing to appear and the item count being reduced by 1.
- It appears with the name "tile.movingBlock.name" in game. This was changed to "tile.moving_block.name" in Bedrock Edition beta 1.18.30.26.
