TNT is normally supposed to explode once lit after a set amount of time, but by unloading the TNT just before exploding, it can get stuck in an unexploded state.
Obtaining
Nether Portals
Using a specific setup, TNT can be pushed through a portal 40 redstone ticks after being lit. Next, go through the portal and the TNT should be stuck in an unexploded state.

Trivia
- The TNT is not destroyable through normal means such as lava, explosions, or cactus, and can only be removed with the /kill command or the void.
