Armor Stands are not supposed to be nameable, however, in TU54, you can name them.
Obtaining
In TU54, rename a nametag to the desired name. Place the armor stand where you want it to be, then apply the nametag. The armor stand now has a custom name, however, it will not render, making this a unobservable feature.
