Chain helmets are not supposed to be compatible with Efficiency. However, because of an error they generated inside of woodland mansions.[1]
Obtaining
Woodland Mansion
In the woodland mansion "tree-chopping room", the chest generates with an Efficiency I chain helmet. This room has the entrance sealed off, so you will have to break through walls to find it.
An Efficiency I chain helmet only generates if the "Update 1.21" experimental toggle is enabled.
