Golden apples are not supposed to be compatible with Efficiency. However, because of an error they generate inside of woodland mansions.[1]
Obtaining
Woodland Mansion
In the woodland mansion "tree-chopping room", the chest generates with an Efficiency I golden apple. This room has the entrance sealed off, so you will have to break through walls to find it.
An Efficiency I golden apple only generates if the "Bundles" experimental toggle is enabled.
