Invalid data value skulls are heads with a data value of -1. The item form has the same appearance and display name as skeleton skulls, but the block form is invisible.
Obtaining
Skull (block item)
Starting in Pocket Edition v0.12.1 alpha build 10, the skull block item places heads that are completely invisible. When mined, these invisible heads drop a skeleton skull with a data value of -1.
