In some 1.13 snapshots, it was possible to have blocks on a conduit that can't usually be placed on one, such as torches, ladders, coral, etc like the full block chest.[1]
Obtaining
By placing blocks on the side of a conduit and some certain blocks that can be placed on the top[test], the blocks will be placed onto the conduit in many discontinued variations using many different blocks that need support.
