The Mushroom Field Shore biome was generated in 12w01a (a 1.1 snapshot). In 21w40a, the biome was merged with the Mushroom Fields and became discontinued. The Mushroom Field Shore generated alongside rivers and oceans on a Mushroom Island and helped to blend the edges of the biome. The biome was much shallower and flatter than the normal Mushroom Fields, and had a similar shape to beaches.
