Due to a bug in versions 1.11.1 and later you cannot combine a Silk Touch book with Looting or Luck of the Sea.[1][2] This makes a book with both or all three of these enchantments discontinued.
Obtaining
In versions 13w11a (1.5 snapshot) until 16w50a (1.11.1 snapshot), in an anvil, you could combine a Looting book or Luck of the Sea book in the first slot with a Silk Touch book in the second slot. Attempting to flip this order would create a Silk Touch book with a repair cost of 1. This book is not particularly useful because Silk Touch and Looting/Luck of the Sea cannot go on any same item.
