In 17w47b (1.13 snapshot), banners that were dyed magenta and lime were briefly discontinued due to a bug.[1] The bug was that crafting magenta or lime banners would result in their respective wool as the output recipe, and looms didn't exist at the time. This bug was fixed in 17w48a (1.13 snapshot), making these banners a recontinued feature.
