Due to a bug, from 14w02a through 14w30c bottles o' enchanting were unavailable as a last tier trade from cleric villagers.[1] Without this trade, the bottle o' enchanting item was discontinued as well.
Obtaining
This works by trading with a cleric villager in snapshots and unlocking tier 4. Once finished trading with cleric villager, the last trade will not be a bottle o' enchanting.
