When the trading was changed for 1.14+, initially the diamond hoes from trading were enchanted with a fluctuating price. This was changed to unenchanted diamond hoes with a set price after 1.14.
Obtaining
There was a 40% chance for a diamond hoe to be a Journeyman (Tier 3) level trade on a toolsmith. The hoe would be enchanted with Unbreaking I, II, or III, and would cost between 14-28 emeralds.[test]
