When treasure enchantments were first added to the game in 15w42a, they used the normal prices. In the next snapshot, these prices were doubled.
Obtaining
This was obtainable simply by trading with a librarian in 15w42a and getting either a Mending or Frost Walker enchanted book trade. Mending and Frost Walker I would be 5-19 emeralds and one book each. This was changed in the next version so it would cost 10-38 emeralds and one book. Similarly in 15w42a Frost Walker II would cost 8-32 emeralds and one book, where in the next snapshot it would cost 16-64 emeralds and one book.
