Warning: April Fools'
This feature requires the usage of April Fools' versions, often requiring file renaming or file deletion to load. See the help page for information on loading these versions.

Invalid Data Value Coal, also known as Fools' Coal, is coal with a data value of 32767 and is thus an invalid data value item. It is only available in the three 2.0 April Fools' versions. This is a deleted discontinued feature as it will turn to normal coal upon upgrading to 17w47a (1.13 snapshot) or later.

Obtaining

This coal is obtained when a coal block is split apart in a crafting table. The block of coal was crafted with 9 coal in the crafting grid just like modern versions. It can be differentiated from normal coal because it will not stack. Advanced tooltips must be enabled via F3+H to see the damage value of 32767.
