In the April Fools' Snapshot 22w13oneBlockAtATime, it was possible to have Minecarts that contain any block in the game.

Obtaining

First, you must get a Minecart entity on the floor. Next, right click the Minecart with whatever block you are holding. You now have whatever you were holding in the Minecart. This is a simple trick that can be easily done in this interesting snapshot.
