From 19w11a through 1.14 Pre-Release 1, villagers would trade a saturation suspicious stew that had a longer duration than intended.All saturation suspicious stews from villagers currently have a duration of 7 ticks (0.35 seconds).

In 19w11a and 19w11b, the duration of all suspicious stews from villagers were incredibly low. However, since saturation is an instant effect, the duration of the saturation suspicious stew from a villager trade would actually still be longer than the current villager trade. This was obtainable as an expert level (tier 4) trade, at 8 ticks (0.4 seconds). While not possible from villager trades, this duration is still possible in the current version through shipwreck supply chests.

160 Ticks

From 19w12a through 1.14 Pre-Release 1 villagers had a chance for one of their expert level (tier 4) trades to be a saturation suspicious stew. During these versions the duration of this stew was 160 ticks (8 seconds). This was changed in the next snapshot, so that saturation suspicious stews from villagers would always have a 7 tick (0.35 seconds) duration.
