Java Edition:Luck Effect Items
Luck effect items are items which are able to grant the luck effect, and are normally unobtainable in survival.
Obtaining
Crafting
From 16w06a (1.9 Snapshot) to 24w20a (present), the player is able to crafting arrows of luck with a lingering potion of luck surrounded by 8 arrows, this results in 8 arrows of luck.

Trade
From 19w11a (1.14 Snapshot) to 19w14b (1.14 Snapshot), master level fletcher villagers have a 4.17% chance to sell 5 arrows of luck for 2 emeralds and 5 arrows. This trade is able to be updated outside of this version range, and is able to be used to obtain arrows of luck outside of this version range.

In the April Fools version 3D Shareware v1.34, flaming barrels randomly generated around the world. These barrels had a chance to generate a variety of items including a Potion of Luck, Splash Potion of Luck, Lingering Potion of Luck, and Arrows of Luck. Each of these items have a 10.9% of generating taking an average of 9 barrels to obtain, the potions can generate in a stack size of 1 while the Arrows of Luck can generate in a stack size of 1-20.

The April Fools' version 23w13a_or_b introduced several methods to obtain normally unobtainable features.

The fish_anything vote allows all players to fish up luck effect items such as a Potion of Luck, Splash Potion of Luck, Lingering Splash Potion of Luck, or an Arrow of Luck, each of these items will apply the luck effect for a varying amount of time.
24w14potato
In the April Fools' version 24w14potato, the player could craft an Enchanted Golden Poisonous Potato by surrounding a poisonous potato with 8 gold blocks in a crafting table. The Enchanted Golden Poisonous Potato grants the player Luck V (5) for 5 minutes, in addition to Bad Luck V (5) for 5 minutes, Absorption IV (4) for 2 minutes, and Poison VII (7) for 5 seconds, when the item is eaten. This item is deleted upon updating the world.
