Java Edition:Luck of the Sea/Lure Carrot on a Stick
From 13w36a to 1.8.2-pre6, the player could craft a carrot on a stick with Luck of the Sea or Lure. To do this the fishing rod in the crafting recipe just needed to have these enchantments.[1]

This method works from 13w36a (1.7 snapshot) (added luck & Lure enchantments) to 1.8.2-pre6. As stated above, the fishing rod that is turned into a carrot on a stick must have Luck of the Sea and/or Lure. These enchantments will transfer over upon crafting the carrot on a stick. Additionally, any other enchantments on the fishing rod will transfer, such as one of the enchantments from any enchantment on any item. However, if the carrot is enchanted, it will overrule all fishing rod enchantments. This means the perfectly enchanted carrot on a stick has Mending, Unbreaking 3, Lure 3, Luck of the Sea 3, Curse of Vanishing, and one other enchantment, of any type that existed in 12w49a.
