From 24w13a (1.20.5 snapshot) to 1.20.6, a discontinued arrow could be obtained during an ominous trial.

Obtaining

During ominous trials in the trial chambers, ominous spawners will spawn different projectiles above the player. Two of these projectiles are the arrow of poison and arrow of slowness. From 24w13a (1.20.5 snapshot) to 1.20.6 (with the 1.21 Update data pack enabled), these arrows could be picked up by the player.[1] The Ominous Trial Arrow will not stack with regular arrows and will show 7 components with advanced tooltips enabled. The component for poison arrows will be {"minecraft:potion_contents": {potion: "minecraft:poison"}} and the component for slowness arrows will be {"minecraft:potion_contents": {potion: "minecraft:strong_slowness"}}.

Usage

When shot, the ominous trial arrows will act just like normal tipped arrows by displaying particles and inflicting the target with poison or slowness. The ominous trial arrows will remain unchanged after being shot and picked back up. Unlike normal tipped arrows, ominous trial arrows work with infinity on a bow and so can be shot indefinitely.
