Non-Duplicable Allays are allays that cannot be duplicated using the intentional method of giving the allay an amethyst shard near a playing jukebox. Non-duplicable allays only exist in 22w24a, they lose their discontinued status in the very next version 1.19.1 Pre-release 1 because they become duplicable.

Obtaining

Non-duplicable allays are created when an allay from 22w13a (1.19 snapshot) to 1.19 is updated and loaded in 22w24a. This bug occurs because the newly added CanDuplicate tag defaults to 0 when updating an old allay into 22w24a. This bug was fixed in the very next version, 1.19.1 Pre-release 1.[1] Updating a CanDuplicate:0 allay into any later version will cause it to update into a CanDuplicate:1 allay. Therefore, this allay is only discontinued in 22w24a.

Observability

Non-duplicable allays are indirectly observable. They can be tested by attempting to duplicate the allay by giving it an amethyst share while it dances to music. If it does not duplicate, then it is the discontinued non-duplicable allay but otherwise if it duplicates it is just a normal allay.

Combos

The non-duplicable allay can also have these traits:
