Java Edition:Enchantments Tag Soul Speed Enchanted Book
During the first snapshot the Soul Speed enchantment was introduced, Soul Speed books obtained from bartering had the Enchantments tag instead of the StoredEnchantments tag.[1]
Obtaining
These books were obtainable through bartering with piglins in 20w11a (1.16 snapshot). This effected all Soul Speed books from bartering, and they would have a blue tooltip instead of yellow, and could not be applied to boots or other enchanted books in an anvil. This was because the enchantment tag was used instead of the stored enchantment. There are 3 variations possible, for each level of Soul Speed.
Uses
If these could be forced onto the boot armor slot, in a similar way to the any item in armor slot glitch, they would provide Soul Speed and never lose durability, however there currently is no way to execute this in any version after 20w11a.
Attempting to rename this book will change it to a blank enchanted book.
