In the April Fools' version 23w13a_or_b, it was possible to get a Master level Villager with only its first two trades.
Obtaining
In 23w13a_or_b, the only_mending_trades vote has to be approved, once approved, get a villager to take a profession. The trades from this villager should all be mending, and trade with this villager until it has reached the Master level. Leave this villager in unloaded chunks and repeal the only_mending_trades vote, re-loading this villager will remove all of its mending trades and will leave it with only the two Novice level trades.
