Powered Redstone Lamps are Redstone Lamps in the powered block state. They existed until they were deleted in 13w37a (1.7 snapshot), although there is the possibility of these items being converted into valid IDs in future versions.[1] Before their removal they weren't supposed to be obtainable, however, could be obtained from 12w07a (1.2 snapshot) until 1.2.3. Placing this block down will briefly flash light, and then it will unpower unless properly powered.
Obtaining
Mining
From 12w07a to 1.2.3, mining a Redstone Lamp while it was powered by redstone would drop the powered Redstone Lamp item.
Silk Touch
From 1.2.4 until 13w36a (1.7 snapshot), Lit Redstone Lamps were obtainable using Silk Touch.
