Block palette conversion, or BPC for short, converts all sub-chunks, excluding air, into random blocks, which include illegal blocks.
Obtaining
Updating
If a world created in Pocket Edition v0.1.1 Alpha is updated to any version between Bedrock Edition 1.6.0 through 1.11.0, all sub-chunks will be corrupted, resulting in them converting to random blocks such as command blocks or lit furnaces.
