I'm nothing special, simply somebody who likes the idea of getting discontinued and normally unobtainable features in survival Minecraft. I'm currently in the process of updating all of the version pages to include every Discontinued Feature that can be obtained in those versions, this also includes adding Discontinued Features which may not be present on any of the pages. Currently I have updated the Pre-Classic version page to the 1.6 version page.
Supported Actions
- Using any and all Versions even Custom Versions via MCP Reborn.
- Using Resource Packs (such as textures for Invalid Data Value Blocks).
- Using Downgrading methods to obtain features which require it.
- Using Update Suppression, Chunk Savestating, Chunk Regeneration, and Chunk Repopulation.
- Using Vote Manipulation in 23w13a_or_b by manipulating the
Votes.jsonfile.
Notes
Simple notes to myself related to discontinued features
- The Levitation Effect was altered in 18w14a (1.13 snapshot) causing it to not properly work as intended.[1]
- The
perma_effectvote from 23w13a_or_b can only give effects with a potency between 1 and 127. - Bottle of Void can only preserve an effects potency between 1 and 127 when turned into an uncraftable potion.
- Any effect with a potency higher then 127 (I.E 128-255) or lower then 1 (I.E 0) will result in the effects potency being reverted to a potency of 1.
