Java Edition:Mob Wearing Barrel
In the April Fools' snapshot 22w13oneBlockAtATime, barrels could be equipped onto any mob.
Obtaining
Pick up a barrel, and throw it up above the mob you want to wear the barrel. The mob will then equip the barrel. This can be done on the following mobs:

Observability
The barrel will not show up on most mobs, and can only be seen with NBT data as unobservable data. All mobs can drop the barrel they are equipped with, however, the drop chance is not guaranteed, at 8.5% without Looting and up to 11.5% with Looting 3. Regardless, one can kill the mob and potentially have the barrel drop (which will also be a BlockStateTag Item), allowing for a Destructively Observable feature. The following mobs do render their equipped head slot, allowing for them to be directly observable:

- Piglin Brute
- Pillager
- Skeleton
- Stray

- Wither Skeleton
