Java Edition:Invalid Data Value Wooden Slab
Invalid data value wooden slab is obtainable using block transmutation from 13w36a to 1.7.5. The wooden slab can normally have the data values of 0 to 5, being the wood variants. The block transmutator allows for the invalid data values of 6 and 7. The block form of this feature was deleted in 14w26a (1.8 snapshot) and the item form was removed in 17w47a (1.13 snapshot).
Obtaining
The 1.7 variant of the block transmutator must be performed. Using a wooden oak slab and using a golden pressure plate, the machine should be set using 6 or 7 arrows. This will create the invalid data value wooden slab block, which can then be mined. More than 7 arrows can be used, but the resulting block that will drop will be the mod 8 of how many arrows were shot (If 15 arrows were shot, 15 % 8 = 7 so you would end up with a data value of 7 wooden slabs).
